Henry Jenkins born 1501 - died 1670. 169 years young.


Henry Jenkins is reputed to have been the most long lived person in the U.K. He was born at Ellerton-on-Swale, a small hamlet close to Bolton-on-Swale, which is about 18 miles north of Thirsk on the road from Northalleton to Richmond. He is buried in the church yard of St. Mary's Church, Bolton-on-Swale.
